The Senior Employee Relations Partner will be a key member of the People Experience team, reporting into the Sr. Manager of Employee Relations and Leave Programs. The ideal candidate will contribute both hands-on and strategic support through their in-depth knowledge and savvy on handling workplace conflicts, providing consultation, conducting workplace investigations, and performance management. Responsibilities include providing strategic employee relations support, partnering with employees and management, and triaging employee relations issues.

The People Specialist, Compensation advances department functions using excellent processes, emerging technologies, and agile work approaches. They are accountable for designing, developing, coordinating, conducting, and implementing effective programs. This role requires strong program management, communication, analytical skills, and understanding of process and scalability.
